A toolkit originating from the second Alexandria regional conference on the death penalty in the Middle East and North Africa.

This procedural toolkit is aimed at supporting the work of activists in the field of human rights. It comprises a range of tactics and strategies which can be employed by human rights activists in the Arab states, in addition to presenting and identifying international and regional instruments which can be employed.
